Paraclete Day Camps for 6th, 7th, and 8th Graders

Written by Darma Poonoosamy

We are happy to offer another year of day camp activities for students of the Antelope Valley this March.

March 19th, 20th, and 21st, we will be hosting camp-style activities for local 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students right here at Paraclete High School. Each day camp will focus on one atheltic or academic activity, depending on student registration.

Each spring, we welcome local junior high students to come and take a break from the everyday. Students explore the campus here at Paraclete High School, meet new students from around the area, and can participate in new and exciting activities.

Daily Day Camp Schedule

Each daily registration is only $5. Students will arrive at 8:30 am for their registered camp.  Activities will begin at 9:00 am. Each registration includes a camp t-shirt and lunch! Camp activities will end at 1:30 pm each day. Students can sign up for a different camp activity each day, but only one activity can be attended per day.

Available Activities

Boys and Girls athletic activities will be offered, covering a variety of sports. No matter your skill level, come and participate in a fun day.

  • Soccer
  • Volleyball
  • Baseball
  • Softball
  • Football
  • Basketball

If athletics aren't your cup of tea, there are other options available! We are a very tech-forward high school, so we are excited to offer two technology-focused camp activities.

  • Robotics
  • Game Programming

And for those interested in more artisitic activities, we have fun-packed camp activities for the following performance-focused areas.

  • Drama
  • Band
  • Cheer

Finding educational alternatives during spring break can be tough. That's why we are happy to extend a warm welcome to students around the Antelope Valley. You can register today, or share camp information with friends.
