Summer Sports 2019

PARACLETE SUMMER SPORTS PROGRAMS 2019 FOR INCOMING FRESHMEN 

 PHYSICALS – EVERY STUDENT ATHLETE MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL ON FILE TO EVEN TRYOUT FOR A TEAM (CIF RULE).  DR. MASSARI’S OFFICE WILL COME TO PARACLETE ON MAY 30TH.     PHYSICALS WILL BE GIVEN FROM 1:00pm to 4:00pm IN THE LIBRARY (Change in time!!)  THE COST IS $20.00 CASH. IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE THIS DATE, PACKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE FRONT OFFICE TO TAKE TO YOUR OWN DOCTOR STARTING MAY 25TH.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:  NO INCOMING FRESHMAN MAY START PRACTICING OR PLAYING A SPORT AT PARACLETE UNTIL AFTER THEY HAVE GRADUATED AND ARE CLEARED BY THE AD.

FOOTBALL – FOOTBALL PRACTICE WILL BEGIN ON JUNE 3rd AND GO THROUGH JULY 6TH.  PRACTICE WILL BE FROM 4:00 – 7:00.  THERE WILL ALSO BE A PARENT MEETING ON MAY 14TH AT 7:00 IN THE GYM.

GIRLS AND BOYS VOLLEYBALL – THERE WILL BE A CAMP FOR BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS TO LEARN AND FRESHEN UP THE SKILLS OF VOLLEYBALL.  THE CAMP IS JULY 8TH – 11TH FROM 2:00 – 4:00 IN THE GYM.   THE COST OF THE CAMP IS $25. 

CROSS COUNTRY – SUMMER WORK OUTS FOR ALL GRADES WILL START JUNE 24TH @ 6:00 AM.  THEY WILL MEET ON THE SENIOR LAWN (north side of school).  BE READY TO RUN AND WEAR APPROPRIATE CLOTHING. 

GIRLS SOCCER – GIRLS INDOOR WILL START ON JULY 2ND FROM 1:30-3:00 IN MPR.  THIS WILL RUN EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY IN JULY (EXCPET JULY 4TH).  THERE WILL ALSO BE A CAMP JULY 30TH AND 31ST.  INFO TO FOLLOW.

BOYS SOCCER BOYS INDOOR WILL START JUNE 25TH AND RUN EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 3:30 – 5:00 IN THE MPR.

GIRLS BASKETBALL - THERE WILL BE A PARENT MEETING ON MAY 28TH IN THE GYM AT 7:00 FOR ANYONE INTERESTED IN PLAYING BASKETBALL.

BOYS BASKETBALL – THERE WIL BE A PARENT MEETING FOR ALL INTERESTED IN PLAYING BASKETBALL MAY 7TH IN THE SCHOOL LIBRARY AT 7:00.

BASEBALL – THERE WILL BE A PARENT MEETING FOR ANYONE INTERESTED IN PLAYING BASEBALL ON MAY 15TH IN THE GYM AT 7:00.

SOFTBALL, TRACK AND GOLF – THERE ARE NO SUMMER PROGRAMS.
